Terms & Conditions of YOURBOOKS

Thank you for purchasing our services. We value your trust and assure you of the best services at all times. As our customer, when you purchase our product or service, you agree to our terms and conditions as set out below:

  1. Yourbooks provides plans of different categories to the customer/company based on the usage of the customer/company and his/company’s revenue/turnover. In the event that Yourbooks determines that a customer is using services in the wrong category, Yourbooks reserves all rights to cancel such plan subscription for the customer and the customer will be required to purchase an updated plan to ensure continuity of services. The customer may also be liable to pay additional amounts for using the wrong plan.
  2. Under normal business circumstances, Yourbooks will ensure the delivery of all services within the specified period communicated through our portal.
  3. Yourbooks provides Expert Assisted professional services remotely to individuals and businesses and neither endorses nor authorizes any in-person visits by its experts to the customer’s location for any of the services provided.
  4. Yourbooks publishes prices for all services provided through its marketplace platform. However, Yourbooks reserves the right to change the price of these services at any time.
  5. In case of change in government fee after purchasing the plan, the customer is required to pay the difference in government fee in addition to the plan amount.
  6. Yourbooks reserves the right to offer customers special discounts on its services from time to time. Such offers can be availed through unique discount codes shared with customers.
  7. Yourbooks always expects to maintain a cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if the customer encounters Yourbooks staff or professionals as extremely unreasonable or rude, Yourbooks reserves the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract with the customer. In the event of cancellation, the customer forfeits all payments made to Yourbooks.
  8. If a customer purchases a plan but is not reachable by any means of communication for 30 days from the date of purchase, Yourbooks reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, the customer forfeits all payments made to Yourbooks.
  9. In situations where a customer pre-purchases a plan, the Yourbooks team will contact the customer to process the order within a reasonable time frame before the plan expires or the due date is approaching. Customer will cooperate with Yourbooks to help us provide the Services in a timely manner.
  10. In situations where the service needs to be delivered before the deadline (eg tax filing), Yourbooks will clarify the estimated time required to complete the service to the customer. The customer is expected to cooperate with Yourbooks to enable us to provide the services in a timely manner. In the event of any delay in fulfilling an order, Yourbooks will not bear the cost of interest or penalties that may be imposed on customers by other parties.
  11. Yourbooks are governed by the laws of that country. Yourbooks will conduct its business in good faith and with complete transparency. Yourbooks reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot fulfill under the country’s legal and regulatory framework.
