2. You have purchased a plan but Yourbooks is unable to assign an expert or process your order, you will receive a 100% refund.
3. You tried to purchase a plan and your payment was processed successfully but Yourbooks didn’t receive it, you should ask your financial service provider for a refund.
4. Yourbooks reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot consider to be feasible within the country’s legal and regulatory framework, a 100% refund will be issued.
5. Once you are eligible for the refund, our team will confirm the same via email. After that, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the confirmation date.
6. When purchasing a plan, our team will ask you to submit documents to process your order. If you are unable to share the requested documents within 30 days without reasonable cause, Yourbooks reserves the right to cancel your order. In case of order cancellation, all payments made to Yourbooks will be forfeited.
7. When you purchase a plan, our team will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to process your order. If you do not respond to our team within 30 days from the date of purchase, Yourbooks reserves the right to cancel your order.
